And we're back!

Hey everyone! Yeah, I've been away for a while; my family and I went down to Costa Rica for almost three weeks. My wife is from there, and we celebrated our daughter's 15th birthday there -- she was a "quinceañera" in Latino culture.

At any rate, yesterday was sort of a banner day for me in terms of comics. A buddy of mine's folks were moving out of their home of 40 years, and this buddy had six boxes of comics to get rid of! "Don't you dare trash them!" I said. "Don't you dare give them to a library or something!" I pleaded. So, much to my wife's chagrin, I journeyed an hour and a half to the house in question, picked up the six boxes, and journeyed back another hour and a half. Needless to say, I am set up for some PRIME reading material for quite some time! I'm sure I'll find some terrific nuggets to post about within the many pages that await my perusual.
